Model armoured car, 1930s

Model vehicle manufactured by William Britain Limited, as Set 1321, in the 1930s, with original box.

This model armoured car has a dome-shaped swivelling turret with a single gun and was introduced in 1934. This is a later model with rubber tyres. The vehicle resembles a Vickers-Crossley armoured car, used by British forces in the 1930s.

Part of the Dr R N P Sutton Collection.
