'L.S.T. 417', 1943

HMS LST 417 was a Mark 2 tank landing ship built in the United States for the Royal Navy and launched in November 1942. She was used to transport British armour to Sicily during Operation HUSKY (9 July-17 August 1943), but was damaged during an air raid in September of that year.
