A loaded Landing Craft Tank leaving Kabrit, 1943

Photograph compiled by Major Wilfred Herbert James Sale, MC, 3rd/4th County of London Yeomanry (Sharpshooters), World War Two, North Africa, 1943.

A heavily laden landing craft carrying tanks of 3rd County of Yeomanry leaves Kabrit on the Suez Canal. The regiment was then bound for Port Said for embarkation for the invasion of Sicily.
