Passport lasting two years, issued to Mr Randolph Warrington Phillips, 4 January 1915
The passport allowed him to work for the British Red Cross Society in France and contains a photograph of Mr Phillips, then aged 33, in his Red Cross uniform. Phillips went on to serve with the Army Service Corps and then became involved with the Berkshire Branch of the Royal British Legion between the wars. In 1939 he set up the Army Comforts Depot in Reading and was awarded the OBE for his efforts in the New Years Honours Lists of 1943.
