'Turkish emissary with white flag being led blind-folded through our lines at Anzac beach', May 1915

A Turkish officer is led blindfolded through the Anzac lines to discuss a truce to bury the Turkish dead after the attack of 19 May 1915. That day over 3,000 Turkish soldiers were killed in a massed assault on the Australians and New Zealanders at Anzac.
