The war diary of the 3rd County of London Yeomanry (Sharpshooters) records the unit's Regimental Headquarters being located at Lehmkuhlen in Schleswig-Holstein from June 1945 into early 1946. 'A' Squadron was billeted in Raisdorf and 'B' and 'C' Squadrons in Salzau.
