Boots, 1942 (c)

These have hobnails for extra grip. Canvas anklets, for keeping out debris, covered the gap between the trousers and boots. This pair were worn by Trooper A C Sheed of the 9th Queen's Royal Lancers during World War Two (1939-1945).
