oyal Engineers M3 self-propelled amphibious bridging vehicles taking part in a joint demonstration by British and German forces in Minden, Germany. The M3 carries two pontoons and can operate on land and in water. Rigs can be joined together to form pontoon bridges for crossing wider water obstacles. The vehicle crossing the bridge is a German Badger armoured engineer vehicle.
