'HH Raja Sir Hira Singh Bahadur of Nabha, Hon colonel 14th Sikhs', 1910 (c)

Sir Hira Singh Bahadur ruled Nabha in Punjab from 1871 until his death in 1911. Nabha became a separate state in 1763 and came under British control in around 1808-1809. The Raja was rewarded by the British for sending troops to support British efforts on the North-West Frontier, becoming a Knight Grand Commander of the Most Exalted order of the Star of India.
