Obituary of Lt Col Frank Phillips, DSO, MC, taken from 'The Dragon', September 1938; Lt Col Phillips served with Royal Fusiliers and 7th Bn The Buffs (Royal East Kent Regiment) in France and with 17th Division as Deputy Assistant Quartermaster General during World War One (1914-1918), until 1919; Lt Col Phillips died in Aug 1938 aged 53.
