Cap badge, 45th Cavalry, 1941-1946
White metal badge in the form of the open work regimental number, '45', with a scroll above bearing the title, 'Indian Armoured Corps', and a scroll below with the title, 'Cavalry'.
The 45th Cavalry was one of a number of regiments raised during World War Two (1939-1945). It was raised in April 1941 and disbanded in April 1946.
