Cap badge, 76th Cavalry, 1942-1946

White metal badge in the form of the open work unit number, '76', within a letter 'C'.

The 76th Cavalry (Garrison) Regiment was one of a number of regiments raised during World War Two (1939-1945). It was raised in 1942 and disbanded in 1946.
