Cap badge, Southern Provinces Mounted Rifles, 1904-1947

Brass badge in the form of a left facing bugle horn with knotted cord.

Formed in 1904, the Southern Provinces Mounted Rifles, became part of the Auxiliary Forces India. The unit was disbanded in 1947.
